We offer a range of flashing options, including the following.

Chased Apron Flashing

Chased apron flashings are designed to sit tightly against the roof to lead the water flow downward and away from the chimney.

Angle Diverter Flashing

Angle Diverter flashings are designed to keep any water from penetrating to seams of the cladding.

Angled Apron 45 and 110 Degrees Flashing

Typically fabricated with an aluminium base, angled apron flashing follows around the chimney and is tightly shut at the bottom, with a storm collar joint together by a sealant. We have is angled apron 45 degrees flashing and angled apron 110 degrees flashing available.

Vertical Cladding

Vertical flashing is done by cladding another wall on top of the existing wall. For wind-hit areas, this is carefully installed so it is not directly damaged when strong winds blow.

Two-Piece Apron Flashing

To ensure decades of a safe and durable roof structure, this is the most suited type of flashing, as it will serve the purpose of protecting the roof for as long as 50 years.

Transverse Flashing

Running through valleys where rainwater normally channels through, this type of flashing has a stiff lip and is turned down so it fits the gutter smoothly.

Longitudinal Flashing

Longitudinal flashing covers areas and ridges where water normally passes through easily. This is the most commonly used type of flashing among residential units.
