What metal roofing sheets do these polycarbonate sheet match?

These polycarbonate roofing sheets are produced in the same profiles as our corrugated metal roofing and are easy to install. The cover width of the sheet: is 762mm - the same as corrugated iron.

Which fasteners should I use with this polycarbonate sheet? 

We recommend the use of “self-cutting” screws. These roofing screws incorporate a “cutting head” on the shaft, which cuts an oversized hole in the sheet, allowing room to expand.  Another great product to use is the aptly named “Anti Noise Tape”.  This product is rolled out across the top of the battens before the sheets are screwed down. This tape is extremely easy to install - one side is sticky.  Simply roll and push!

Sheet Tolerance: Length: + 10mm, – 10mm; Make allowance for thermal expansion or contraction for long-length roofs at sheeting ends
